Since, this "All fun-inclusive" resort sells out months in advance we have a special room block set aside for our guests to ensure a discount that won’t change with the demand in bookings. In order to ensure that you can be a part of this epic vacation, there are a few important deadline dates that we kindly ask you take note of:
























For those of you joining us for this trip, we urge you to not wait until the last minute and make your reservations as soon as possible because we only have a certain amount of rooms set aside. In order to make the most of your trip, and to book the room category that you want, it's best for you to contact our travel coordinator MarieSam at Mariesam@wrighttravelagency.com and make your reservations as early as possible.

Please make note of the 4 important payment deadlines below:


- June 1, 2024 All reservation requests and Initial Deposits should be made by this date: $300/per room plus the costs of any insurance premium. Please note, if you add flights to your reservation, the deposit will increase according to airline specific requirements. When you make a reservation request, the invoice will be sent to you via email within 48 business hours. You will have 3 days to submit your deposit from the time the invoice is sent to you, otherwise the reservation auto-cancels in our booking system. 

- August 1, 2024 Second Deposit: The amount due is the equivalent of a 1-night stay on your room reservation. 

- October 1, 2024 Third Deposit: The amount due is the equivalent of a 1-night stay on your room reservation.

- November 18, 2024 Final Payment: Any remaining balance on your reservation. 

** THESE RATES ARE ONLY VALID UNTIL NOVEMBER 15TH. ANY NEW RESERVATION REQUESTS MADE AFTER THAT DATE WILL BE QUOTED AT THE RESORT'S CURRENT RATE. 


***LATE PAYMENTS WILL INCUR A $50/PERSON LATE FEE
